Fairmount Homes is a continuing care retirement community that offers support as needs change over time. Residents may begin in Residential Living, with apartments and cottages that offer independence and peace of mind. If help with daily activities becomes needed, Personal Care provides added support, while Health Care offers greater assistance. Short-term rehabilitation is also available for those who are well enough to leave the hospital but not yet ready to return home. Together, these living options create a seamless continuum of care for residents and their families.
